Carbost School, 1820 on Wednesdays

7 May - 5 min warm up, 18 mins jog, cool down/stretch or join in aerobics class!

14 May - 5 min warm up, 20 mins jog, cool down/stretch or join in aerobics class!

14 May - 5 min warm up, 1 mile timed, cool down/stretch or join in aerobics class!

Intermediate Groups

Crossal - meet at Steve's house (Bla Bheinn B&B) Aiming to complete the Sconser 7 mile road race on 15 March! Fridays 1800

2 May - warm up, 1.5 mile time trial, cool down/stretch

9 May - warm up, 5.2 miles, cool down/stretch

16 May - warm up, 6 miles, cool down/stretch

24 May - Dunvegan 10k!

30 May - warm up, 1 mile warm up, 0.5 mile speed session, 1 mile jog cool down/stretch
