SOCIAL EVENTS

The first event that jogscotland-skye had was attending the Dunvegan fun run (linked to the 10k) on Saturday 26 May 07. Three of the group completed the full distance using similar jog/walk sequence to those we used in our training! A great achievement for those who have only been jogging for 4 / 8 weeks!

Catherine and Fiona are delighted to have completed the 6.3 mile Sconser Road Run on 15 March. The route was a lot hillier than our training runs so it was quite an effort to get round! Both finished the race and did extremely well as this was the furthest and longest they had run. Roll on the Dunvegan 10k!
